Debbie McGriff

Debbie McGriff is vice president for Business Development, ERA Franchise Systems LLC.

Her group is responsible for the management, creation and growth of product programs such as ERA® Gold Star Property and the ERA International Collection, as well as tools, systems, education platforms and strategic initiatives like the Cartus relationship and the ERA Referral Network that drive revenue and growth opportunities to ERA affiliates.

Joining ERA Real Estate in 2008 as senior director of program development, McGriff was responsible for the conceptualization, development and management of new real estate products and services for ERA franchisees. She oversaw the continued enhancement of niche marketing and diversity programs, and worked with the ERA Select Services group on preferred vendor relationships.

Prior to joining ERA Real Estate, McGriff served as vice president with JPMorgan Chase Retail Banking and Chase Home Finance, one of the world's largest providers of mortgage financing and home equity loans. Before her tenure at JPMorgan Chase, she managed national multicultural marketing and business strategies for Merrill Lynch.

McGriff brings to her current role a successful track record of nearly 20 years in the development of superior products and services, building growth strategies and effectively leveraging external partnerships to generate revenue.
